How Much is SASSA Care Dependency Grant ?

Grant Amount:

  • From April 1, 2024: R2,180 per month
  • From October 1, 2024: R2,190 per month

The grant can be received through various methods:

  • Cash Payment: Collect your grant at a designated pay point on a specified day.
  • Electronic Deposit: Opt for electronic deposit into your bank account, including Postbank (bank charges may apply).
  • State Institutions: Grants can also be received through institutions not funded by the State.
